We don't accept cancellations
 
Customers that are not totally satisfied with purchase have the right to cancel your order, return original condition products under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs). In addition to your Statutory rights, you can return any product within 30 days of dispatch of the merchandise, after notifying us order cancellation of order within 7 working days of receipt in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, a full refund and original shipping charges if applicable.

Returns are accepted for following

  • Product may look little different in picture when live
  • Product is damaged in transit due to not careful delivery or possible bead crack while in air-place pressure change.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale

However used body jewellery due to hygiene reason, breakage that occurs while in your possession or delivery to your customers are not covered by our return policy. Any faulty or damaged on arrival items are to be reported within 30 days of dispatch date, maximum 7 days of receipt. We do not offer any warranty to products while in use. Any damage marks or visual wear marks for amber jewellery will be refused return.

 

  • Keep original packaging and labels, merchandise that has been sized or otherwise altered cannot be returned.
  • Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
  • Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, no sign of wear or abuse and from the country to which the order was delivered.
  • No walk-in collection, return, replacement not available.

 

On receipt of your notice we will respond you acknowledgement and further return instructions.

  • Merchandise should be carefully packed with padded wrap.
  • You must include the note with the Return ID number, to avoid any delay in processing of your Returns, the items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. 
  • Clearly indicate it is a return to sender on customs declaration.

 

We will be not liable for items lost or damaged by your chosen Returns delivery service. We also recommend that you insure the Returns as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment and that this cost is non-refundable. However if the item has been returned because it is faulty or defective we would under this circumstance also refund any reasonable shipment cost, that you may incur in returning the item back to us. We will refund the full value of your order, including the shipping cost (if applicable), within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation and provided that the item has been received back in our warehouse. Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within seven (7) working days of receiving the order, as described above.

 

All Returns must be received at our return address within 30 days to be eligible for full refund. Any Returns received after 28 days shall be accepted at our discretion.

Refund, store credit, exchange available. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit, debit card or PayPal (whichever is applicable), used to purchase the product. We are sorry we cannot refund the cost of returning the item back to us except in the circumstances outlined above. Please note that if your order has been sent outside of the European Union, we are unable to refund any customs duties and sales taxes that you may have incurred. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs authorities directly. Refunds are estimated 3-10 business days processing time to complete.
 
 
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
